Groupage service
Easyfresh Iberia offers a groupage and LCL temperature controlled service based on our own 45FT
reefer containers, our extensive road transport network and our cold storage facility in The Netherlands. The three basics ensure that we can offer a competitive all in per pallet rate for the groupage shipments, with a temperature range from -18 degrees to +18 degrees, from Spain to Europe and from Europe to Spain. Road transport
As part of our integrated logistics solutions, Easyfresh Iberia offers a variety of road transport options. We do the direct container transport for FCL loads in Spain and Europe. For the longer distance container transport we use ´gensets´ on our trailers to ensure that the cold chain for perishable cargo is always maintained. As it is so important to keep the cold chain remained we use our Dutch cold storage as a hub. By using our cold storage we can offer a reliable and dedicated European road transport network and cover the whole European distribution of your perishable groupage cargo.
Shipping
We are neutral and seek the most convenient seaborne link for our customers. We have deals with most relevant carriers through the globe, enabling our customers to ship their goods in the most adequate maritime leg, as part of the transport chain. With our global Easyfresh network you can reach the entire world. For the deep sea shipments we issue through our own Easyfresh House Bill of Lading.
Whether it is short sea shipments into Europe or deep sea shipments to the rest of the world, Easyfresh Iberia will load at origin and offer a direct door – to – door service.
Rail transport
It is a fact that the development of rail freight is central to the European Union’s transportation policy. We have followed deregulation and market opening as options chosen by the EU to promote rail cargoes. Within that positive environment, we developed an unique and specialized rail operator network, focused to rail fresh and frozen goods.
Cold storage
From our cold storage facility in Breda, The Netherlands, we can distribute any groupage or short sea shipment into Europe. Having our own cold storage facility makes it possible that we can consolidate from multiple loading origins to single or multiple destinations in Europe. Alternatively we can load at any nominated facility or cold storage in Spain and Portugal for delivery to multiple destinations in Europe.
For some companies the shipment of perishable cargo to Ireland can be a big challenge as they have no facility the store the cargo. Our competitive cold storage contracts in Ireland, allow Easyfresh Iberia to consolidate and load our own containers with groupage cargo.
Custom clearance and documentation
As part of our integrated services we can also take care of all your documentation needs. We are fully set up and connected to ensure that documentation is the least of your problems and customs clearances are done in real time.
Sustainability
For future generations, we have the task to transport goods finding environmentally friendly solutions. Several Easyfresh customers are very conscious of it and require serious logistics suppliers focused to environmental aspects, reducing CO2 emissions.
